conditions of the Agreement are not altered. <br />Section 5. The Mayor, City Clerk, City Manager, Public Works Director, and Deputy <br />Director of Utilities are further authorized to do all things necessary on behalf of the City to perform <br />the obligations of the City under such Agreement, and to execute and deliver any and all closing and <br />other documents necessary to effect the Transfer under the terms and conditions of said Agreement. <br />Section 6. The Mayor, City Clerk, City Manager, Public Works Director, and Deputy <br />Director of Utilities are further authorized to execute documents and do all things necessary on behalf <br />of the City to acquire the Easement Rights. <br />Section 7. Unless otherwise required by Section 4-8(c) of the Charter, amendments to <br />the Agreement may be approved by Resolution of the City Council. <br />Section 8. If any portion of this Ordinance is held to be invalid for any reason, such <br />decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this Ordinance. The City Council <br />hereby declares that it would have passed this Ordinance and each part hereof irrespective of the fact <br />that any one part be declared invalid. <br />Section 9.
