RESOLUTION NO. 10 <br />SERIES 2021 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE THIRD AMENDMENT TO THE 2019-2020 <br />CONTRACT FOR PROJECT EDGE AND OTHER MENTAL HEALTH AND ELDER <br />SERVICES BETWEEN THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE AND COMMUNITY REACH <br />CENTER <br />WHEREAS, the City desires to approve a Third Amendment to the 2019-2020 Contract for <br />Project Edge and other Mental Health and Elder Services between the City of Louisville and <br />Community Reach Center. <br />WHEREAS, the proposed contract sets forth the terms of the parties' agreement regarding <br />the services to be provided by Contractor from March 1 to April 30, 2021, and the City's payment <br />therefor; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council by this Resolution desires to approve the Third <br />Amendment. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br />Section 1. That the Third Amendment to the 2019-2020 Contract for Project EDGE <br />Services and Other Mental Health and Elder Services ("Contract"), between the City of Louisville <br />and Community Reach Center, a copy of which Contract accompanies this Resolution, is hereby <br />approved. <br />Section 2.
