Seconded by Keller. Agenda <br />approved by voice vote. <br />APPROVAL OF MEETING MINUTES <br />Dunlap made a motion to approve the January 25, 2021 minutes. Seconded by Keller. The <br />minutes were approved as written by voice vote. <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON AGENDA <br />Leah Angstman, 1510 Madison Court, stated that she was the Historical Commission liaison <br />and offered to answer questions and take notes if necessary. <br />NEW BUSINESS — PUBLIC HEARING ITEMS <br />701 Grant Avenue: A request to landmark 701 Grant Avenue and to approve an Alteration <br />Certificate and Historic Preservation Fund Grant (Resolutions 1, 2, and 3, Series 2021). <br />• Applicant: Cheryl and Paul Ehmen <br />• Owners: Same <br />• Staff: Rob Zuccaro <br />Zuccaro stated that the building was previously the Louisville First Baptist Church. The church <br />was founded in 1898 and construction was completed in 1901.
