EXHIBIT A <br />DETAIL OF WORK/COST OF WORK <br />The grant includes $35,000 in matching funds for the following work on the existing structure at <br />541 Jefferson Avenue. <br />Work approved under this application with fund request: <br />• Structural elements: $5,000 <br />o Replace existing gutters to be historically accurate half -round gutters <br />o Repair and re grade around the existing structure <br />• Siding, trim, and ornamentation: $15,000 <br />o Remove non -historic stucco siding <br />o Repair/replace historic siding <br />o Restoration/replacement of historic trim and ornamentation <br />• Windows and doors: $15,000 <br />o Remove replacement windows and reinstall windows that are more sensitive to <br />the original windows. <br />Preservation Matching Grant Award: $35,000 <br />6 <br />
