building height is necessary and appropriate, among other things, <br />to promote health and general welfare; to provide adequate light <br />and air; and to facilitate the adequate provision of <br />transportation, public parking, and other public requirements; and <br /> <br /> W~EREAS, the Louisville Planning Commission, after notice by <br />publication and a public hearing, has recommended the City Council <br />not approve the height limitation as set forth in this ordinance; <br />and <br /> <br /> W~EREAS, City Council has provided notice of a public hearing <br />on said ordinance by publication as provided by law and held a <br />public hearing as provided in said notice. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br /> <br /> Section 1.
