building height is necessary and appropriate, among other things, to promote health and general welfare; to provide adequate light and air; and to facilitate the adequate provision of transportation, public parking, and other public requirements; and W~EREAS, the Louisville Planning Commission, after notice by publication and a public hearing, has recommended the City Council not approve the height limitation as set forth in this ordinance; and W~EREAS, City Council has provided notice of a public hearing on said ordinance by publication as provided by law and held a public hearing as provided in said notice. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: Section 1.
