• <br />b. Comprises twenty (20) acres or more and which, <br />together with the buildings and improvements <br />situated thereon has an assessed value in excess <br />of Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($200,000.00) for <br />ad valorem tax purposes for the year preceding the <br />annexation, is included within the territory <br />proposed to be annexed without the written consent <br />of the landowner or landowners. <br />8. No part of the area proposed to be annexed is more than <br />three miles from a point on the municipal boundary, as <br />such was established more than one year before this <br />annexation will take place; <br />9. That upon the annexation ordinance becoming effective, <br />all lands within the area sought to be annexed shall <br />become subject to the Charter of the City of <br />Louisville, Colorado, and all ordinances, resolutions, <br />rules and regulations of the City of Louisville, except <br />for general property taxes of the City of Louisville <br />which shall become effective on January 1 of the next <br />succeeding year following passage of the annexation <br />ordinance. <br />10. The territory to be annexed is not presently a part of <br />any incorporated city, city and county, or town. <br />11. The petitioners or either of them reserve the right to <br />withdraw this petition by written notice to the City, <br />but only if such action is completed prior to the start <br />of the City Council meeting at which the public <br />hearings will be held on the annexation ordinance and <br />the PCZD zoning ordinance with respect to this annexa- <br />tion petition, and then only based upon a reasonable, <br />good faith objection by petitioners to the proposed <br />General Development Plan for the property. <br />12. That attached hereto and incorporated herein by <br />reference are four (4) copies of an annexation map, <br />containing a written legal description of the <br />boundaries of the area proposed to be annexed, together <br />with the location of each ownership within said area <br />and the contiguous boundaries of the existing city <br />limits and the dimensions thereof. <br />The submission and acceptance of this petition are each <br />conditioned upon the performance of the conditions imposed by <br />
