She gave information on how the meeting process will work and <br />directions for those dialing in on how to participate when it is time for public comments. <br />DISCUSSION/DIRECTION — COMMUNITY ENERGY EFFICIENCY/RENEWABLE <br />ENERGY BACKGROUND FOR POSSIBLE BALLOT ITEM <br />Assistant City Manager Emily Hogan stated this is background for Council to consider for <br />a potential ballot issue in 2021 related to energy efficiency and renewable energy as <br />noted in the 2021 Work Plan.
