Open Space Advisory Board <br />Goal Area: <br />WAYFINDING <br />Lead Person: <br />Helen Moshak on behalf of 2021 <br />Wayfinding Tiger Team (Laura <br />Denton and Helen Moshak) <br />1. Partner with Staff to deliver on the 2021 Wayfinding CIP - Wayfinding Project Phase I. <br />Specific Actions: <br />Who <br />When (Q#) <br />Status <br />1. Partner with Staff and consultant to finalize <br />Tiger <br />Q1-4 <br />Monthly progress reports and <br />designs and complete fabrication and <br />Team <br />reviews for OSAB. <br />installation of signs in 2021-22 CIP and <br />Wayfinding Project Phase I. <br />2. Development of communication plan and strong <br />Tiger <br />Q2 <br />communication channels to ensure regular <br />Team <br />updates to and input from OSAB, OSAB Trails <br />Tiger Team, other boards, citizens and council on <br />Wayfinding project. <br />3. Provide feedback and recommendations on <br />OSAB <br />As needed <br />Phase I as requested by Tiger Team and Staff. <br />Support and participate in Phase I <br />communications plan, as requested. <br />2. Partner with City Council and Staff to to develop and fund Wayfinding Project Phase 2 CIP to fabricate and install <br />wayfinding throughout the entire system by 2023. <br />Specific Actions: <br />Who <br />When (Q#) <br />Status <br />1. Partner with staff to develop Proposed <br />Tiger <br />Q3 <br />Wayfinding Phase 2 Project Plan based on Phase <br />Team <br />1 design, pricing, and community feedback. <br />2. Schedule study sessions with Council to present <br />Tiger <br />Scheduling <br />proposal for Project 1 progress report and <br />Team <br />in Q2 for <br />development of Phase 2 Project plan, funding <br />meetings in <br />requirements, and timeline. <br />Q3 & 4 <br />3. Engage with the community and boards on plan <br />Tiger <br />Q3-4 <br />progress and feedback. <br />Team <br />4. Provide feedback and recommendations on <br />OSAB <br />As needed <br />Phase 2 as requested by Tiger Team and Staff. <br />Support and participate in Phase 2 <br />communications plan and study sessions, as <br />requested. <br />3. Advocate for Wayfinding Standards and network goals for <br />all projects and development plans. <br />Specific Actions: <br />Who <br />When (Q#) <br />Status <br />1. Advocate for Wayfinding goals at all PUD <br />OSAB <br />As needed <br />reviews. <br />2.
