RESOLUTION NO. 30 <br />SERIES 2020 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT TO ALLOW <br />RENOVATION OF A PORTION OF THE EXISTING STRUCTURE AND <br />CONSTRUCTION OF AN ADDITION TO THE REAR OF THE EXISTING STRUCTURE <br />AND ASSOCIATED SITE IMPROVEMENTS AND A SPECIAL REVIEW USE TO <br />ALLOW USE GROUP #35, OUTDOOR EATING AND DRINKING ESTABLISHMENTS <br />FOR 809 MAIN STREET <br />WHEREAS, DAJ Design has submitted an application for a Planned Unit <br />Development to allow renovation of a portion of the existing structure and construction of <br />an addition to the existing structure and associated site improvements and a special <br />review use to allow Use Group #35, Outdoor Eating And Drinking Establishments for 809 <br />Street; and <br />WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing on March 11, 2021, where evidence <br />and testimony were entered into the record, including the findings in the Louisville <br />Planning Commission staff report dated March 11, 2021, the Planning Commission <br />recommended approval the Special Review Use and Planned Unit Development; and <br />WHEREAS, City staff has reviewed the information submitted and found that the <br />application complies with the Louisville zoning regulations and other applicable sections <br />of the Louisville Municipal Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application at a duly noticed <br />public hearing on April 20, 2021, where evidence and testimony were entered into the <br />record, including the findings in the Louisville City Council staff report dated April 20, <br />2021. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of <br />Louisville, Colorado does hereby approve a Planned Unit Development to allow <br />renovation of a portion of the existing structure and construction of an addition to the <br />existing structure and associated site improvements and a special review use to allow <br />Use Group #35, Outdoor Eating And Drinking Establishments for 809 Main Street. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20'" day of April, 2021. <br />Attest: <br />Meredyth Muth, City Clerk <br />By: 01-Qb� lfs�� <br />Ashley S o zmann, Mayor <br />Resolution No. 30, Series 2020 <br />Page 1 of 1 <br />
