,L C1tY I LOCAL LICENSING AUTHORITY MEMO <br />LOU1,111e AGENDA ITEM VI-B <br />COLORADO -SINCE 1878 <br />SUBJECT: RENEWAL APPLICATION — KARP HOLDINGS LLC DBA THE <br />WATERLOO — HOTEL AND RESTAURANT LIQUOR LICENSE — <br />817 MAIN STREET <br />DATE: APRIL 26, 2021 <br />PRESENTED BY: CHRISSY REASON, AUTHORITY SECRETARY <br />SUMMARY: <br />The licensee, KARP Holdings LLC DBA The Waterloo, has submitted an application <br />for renewal of its Hotel and Restaurant Liquor License at 817 Main Street. <br />The lease for the premises is current and on file. <br />There were no employees who attended liquor training in the past year. <br />There were no incidents over the past year that required the filing of a police report. <br />Sales tax for February has not been paid as of April 16. Staff recommends renewal <br />at this time as we know many businesses are behind this month due to COVID-19 <br />issues. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Approve the renewal application for Hotel and Restaurant Liquor License for, KARP <br />Holdings LLC DBA The Waterloo, 817 Main Street. <br />Alternatively, the Authority may set a hearing on this renewal application.
