This information will be the basis of landmark/historic
district applications and demolition reviews;
o Creation of a grant program for HPF funds for both commercial and
residential properties;
o Creation of aloes-interest loan prograrn for HPF funds for both
commercial and residential properties;;
o Public outreach about the HPF incentives;
o Determine how conservation easements will work in the HPF;
o Public outreach to encourage residential owners to landmark or create
historic districts;
o Public outreach to commercial property owners to encourage
landmarking;
o Continuing HPC training and developing relationships with other
preservation organizations.
o Continuation of demolition reviews as required.
• Page 2
