Recommends using the wording from Section 17.72.090 of the Louisville Municipal <br />Code: "Research/office and corporate uses, and facilities for the manufacturing, <br />fabrication, processing, or assembly of scientific or technical products, or other <br />products, if such uses are compatible with surrounding areas. In addition, such <br />facilities shall be completely enclosed and any noise, smoke, dust, odor, or other <br />environmental contamination produced by such facilities, confined to the lot upon <br />which such facilities are located and controlled in accordance with all applicable city, <br />state, or federal regulations". <br />. Does not support the freestanding warehouses as a permitted use in the PCZD-C <br />district. <br />. Permitted uses such as research, corporate, assembly, or fabrication could have <br />warehousing as an accessory use. <br /> <br />Staff recommends approval of the PCZD zoning amendment with one condition: The applicant <br />shall modify the wording on the General Development Plan to reflect: The area to be PCZD-C <br />commercial and office. Permitted uses limited to those uses identified in the Louisville <br />Municipal Code as permitted uses in the City's Commercial Business (CB) zone district <br />regulations as amended form time to time.
