All <br />in favor. <br />Public Comments on Items Not on the Agenda <br />None. <br />Approval of Designation of Places for Posting of Notice of Public Meetings <br />Muth explained that Section 24-6-402(2)(c) of the Colorado Open Meetings Law <br />requires all public bodies of the City to designate the public place or places for <br />posting of notices of public meetings. The designation must be made at the local <br />body's first regular meeting of each calendar year. <br />Tofte moved that the HPC authorize the designation for posting of the meeting <br />notices as: <br />• City Hall, 749 Main Street <br />• Police Department/Municipal Court, 992 West Via Appia <br />• Recreation/Senior Center, 900 West Via Appia <br />• Louisville Public Library, 951 Spruce Street <br />• The City's website at www.ci.louisville.co.us. <br />The motion was seconded by Stewart. All in favor. <br />Distribution of Open Government & Ethics Pamphlet <br />Muth explained that the City Charter requires that the pamphlet be distributed at <br />the first meeting of the year of every public body. <br />Election of Officers and Subcommittee Assignments <br />Members unanimously elected the following slate of officers to take effect at the <br />February meeting: <br />Whiteman -Chair <br />Koertje -Vice-chair <br />Tofte -Secretary <br />Members decided to table the discussion of subcommittee appointments until the <br />February meeting. <br />Discussion/Direction -Programming for Preservation Incentive Moneys <br />from the Passage of 2A <br />Koertje presented a draft of how the funds could be divided and used. The draft <br />recommends dividing the Historic Preservation Fund into four categories: <br />Administrative, Incentives for Historic Preservation or to Preserve Character, <br />Acquisitions, and aContingency /Emergency Reserve. <br />Muth noted that the ordinance creating the Historic Preservation Fund (HPF) was <br />already completed by City Council, so the details of the programming of the Fund <br />can be done by resolution. <br />
