Bridget Bacon wrote house histories for the five homes and <br />these are still available at the Museum. The Commission discussed the <br />need to begin planning next year's event early and have more volunteers <br />involved on the day of the Tour. <br />D. Memberships -Memberships brought in $6,630 in 2008, not including <br />expenses. There were 113 new regular paying memberships and 4 new <br />Business Sponsors. 11 out of 21 Business Sponsors have renewed to date. <br />Out of those people given complimentary memberships in 2008 who were <br />asked to join, approximately half have joined. <br />E. Volunteers -Commission members are to turn in their volunteer time sheets <br />to Donna. The idea of a volunteer appreciation luncheon was discussed. <br />Sally Burlingame will research this and report to the Commission in February. <br />F. Public Relations -Virginia Caranci will present the 2009 Pioneer Award to <br />Pat Seader at the Chamber of Commerce Banquet. <br />G. Then & Now Photo Project -Bridget Bacon will contact Mike Oliver regarding <br />his time and ability to contribute to this project. <br />H. Mine Marker Project with the Historic Preservation Commission - Meredyth <br />Muth gave an update on the project. <br />XIII. Chairperson's Report -None <br />XIV.
