<br />City of Louisville <br />Request for Proposals <br />Banking Services <br /> <br />INTRODUCTION <br /> <br />Objective <br />The City of Louisville, Colorado, hereinafter referred to as the City, is seeking competitive sealed proposals <br />from qualified full-service banking institutions to provide the City's banking services. The objective of this <br />Request for Proposals document (RFP) is to identify the banking institution that can offer the highest quality <br />service at the lowest cost to taxpayers. <br /> <br />Sealed Proposals <br />Responses to this RFP shall be submitted in a sealed envelope, clearly identified as: <br />Proposal <br />Banking Services <br /> <br />and mailed or delivered to: <br />Finance Director <br />City of Louisville <br />749 Main Street <br />Louisville, CO 80027 <br /> <br />Each proposing bank shall submit one (1) original and four (4) copies of the proposal. Only one (1) set of <br />financial statements needs to be submitted. The proposal must be in the format specified in this RFP. <br />Supporting material may be submitted. <br /> <br />Questions and Requests for Additional Information <br />Proposing banks requiring clarification or interpretation of any section or sections contained in this RFP shall <br />make a written request to the City by the deadline. A written answer will be provided to all questions received by <br />5:00 p.m., MST onXxxxxxxXX, 2009. Written questions received after the deadline may not be considered. <br />Every effort will be made to provide written answers by XxxxxxxXX, 2009. <br /> <br />Evaluation Criteria and Selection Process <br />An Evaluation Committee will be formed to assist in reviewing the proposals. No proposal will be considered <br />unless it is complete. Proposals will be ranked on the ability of the proposing banks to provide the required <br />services effectively and on total cost. After the proposals are deemed complete, they will be evaluated <br />according to the following items: <br />. The ability to meet current and projected service requirements over the term of the banking agreement; <br />. The quality level of services to be performed and the proposed approach to cost control, service <br />monitoring, and administration; <br /> <br />4 c>> 24 <br />
