Learn tips and secrets that can save you money on airfare; ways to obtain free and discounted ac- commodations; and how to cruise for three weeks at half the normal cost. Ron is an experienced travel photojour- nalist and Certified International Tour Manager. March 22 Library will present Richard Grant's slide show, "La Ruta Maya." Richard's month-long bus journey through Central America took him to five world-fa- mous Maya archaeology sites-the temples of Palenque, Yaxchilan on the Usumacinta River, Bonampak in the Lacandon jungle, the ruins of Copan, and the jungle pyramids ofTikal. Richard has a degree in cultural anthropology and has traveled extensively in Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras, and Belize. VOLUNTEERS NEEDED Shelving Media (Circulation Services) Currently we are looking for volunteers to shelve returned movies and audio 11mrsday evenings and Friday and Saturday mornings. Processing New Books (Technical Services) Before a new book goes out to the Library shelves, several steps are , equired to make sure it is ready for circulation. Volunteers are trained in a variety of procedures depending on interest and availability. Theater Programs (Childrens Services) to develop, pre- pare, and conduct puppet shows. Anyone interested must complete a short application.
