LOUISVILLE HOUSING AUTHORITY MEETING MINiJTES Tuesday, March 17, 2009 8:00 a.m. Sunnyside Place Apartments Louisville, CO 80027 To foster the availability of quality, affordable housing and related services for the residents of Louisville, using broad community resources. The .Housing Authority of the City of Louisville will accomplish its mission through: community collaboration, effective services and programs, professional organization, efficient resource management, and the expansion of funding sources. Commissioners Present: Steve Underhill Staff Present: Frank Alexander, Executive Director;; Susan Grutzmacher, Administrative Division Manager Others Present: Sheri Marsella; Bob Pierce; Walt Gelkers; Paul Wood. Call to Order Meeting was not called to order due to lack of Commissianers present. **Any member of the Public may speak on any subject not related to the agenda. Anyone wishing to speak will have the opportunity to address the board. Please keep comments to a maximum of 5 minutes. It is the policy of the Boulder County Housing Authority to make programs, meetings, activities and services accessible to individuals with disabilities. In order to provide special services such as interpreters or provide special materials in special formats such as large print, Braille, or computer disks the county needs to be informed of the individual's special needs.
