<br />Resident Services Update <br />Addressing senior needs <br />Update on the application for funding from the City of Louisville <br />Kris Durso submitted an application for senior funds. <br /> <br />Presentation by the Louisville Senior Foundation: Introduction by Heather Balser, <br />Members of the Foundation, Walt Oelkers and Claire Forlani <br />Walt believes there is a need for accessible senior housing for seniors of all incomes. <br />Bob Pearce was not able to attend. Walt states Louisville seniors are: 1) Active, 2) Participate in <br />group programs/events, and 3) Community activities. Selena works with seniors that need help. <br />The outreach program is for those seniors. The Louisville Senior Foundation would like to look <br />at additional sites in Louisville for senior housing that are accessible to the community. Units <br />need to be on a single level. <br /> <br />Development Report <br />Scott gave an update of the Lafayette project with environmentally efficient units. <br />South Boulder Road Engineering Report <br />Habitat is reviewing the report. BCHA staff will have modular update within the next 30-60 <br />days. <br /> <br />Matters from Members of the Board <br />Rob motions to have a meeting next Tuesday for a special meeting to discuss the property further <br />in one week. Scott seconds the motion. All in favor.
