RESOLUTION NO.33 <br />SERIES 2021 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE OPEN SPACE ADVISORY BOARD'S <br />RECOMMENDATION TO BOULDER COUNTY PARKS AND OPEN SPACE <br />REGARDING 2020 PROPERTY AND TRAIL REQUESTS <br />WHEREAS, Boulder County Parks and Open Space has invited the City of Louisville <br />Open Space Advisory Board ("OSAB") and the Louisville City Council to submit requests for <br />potential partnership opportunities regarding open space preservation and trail projects; and <br />WHEREAS, on April 14, 2021, OSAB made recommendations regarding the 2020 open <br />space property and trail requests, which was delayed due to COVID-19; and <br />WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed OSAB's recommendations, and by this resolution <br />desires to adopt such recommendations as recommendations of the Council, and to authorize <br />transmittal of the recommendations to the Boulder County Parks and Open Space Department. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br />1. The City Council hereby adopts the recommendations of the City of Louisville Open <br />Space Advisory Board. <br />2. The City Council authorizes transmittal of the recommendations to Boulder County Parks <br />and Open Space. <br />3.
