This renewal aligns the license with the renewal date of the State <br />license. <br />The applicant has also applied to the State for renewal of its retail license. <br />The lease is current. <br />City sales and use tax is current. <br />City sales and use tax license for 2021 has not yet been renewed. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Authority approve the renewal of the Retail Marijuana Store conditioned upon <br />approval at the State level as well. <br />Alternatively, the Authority may set a hearing on the renewal application. That <br />hearing could be held after proper notice is completed. <br />LOCAL LICENSING AUTHORITY <br />
