Carlson moved <br />the consent agenda be approved. Machado seconded. All in favor. <br />VII. Authority Business <br />A. Public Hearing — South Street Market LLC DBA South Street <br />Market — New Hotel and Restaurant Liquor License - 824 South <br />Street <br />Secretary Chrissy Reason stated to the Authority that the building is currently <br />under construction so if the license is approved it would be conditional on the <br />building receiving the certificate of occupancy. <br />Kaufman called for a motion to set the boundaries as the current boundaries of <br />the City of Louisville. Carlson made a motion. Machado seconded. All in favor. <br />Kaufman made a motion to make the entire application as contained in the <br />Authority packet be made part of the record for this hearing. Newell seconded. All <br />in favor. <br />The Secretary administered the oath to Barbie Iglesias. <br />The owner of South Street Market Barbie Iglesias introduced herself and gave an <br />overview of the restaurant. <br />Members asked a few questions of Ms. Iglesias about the restaurant and what it <br />will be serving. <br />Kaufman closed the public hearing. <br />Carlson moved the Local Licensing Authority of the City of Louisville find the <br />applicant is of good moral character, the inhabitants of the neighborhood desire <br />the license be granted, the license will meet the reasonable requirements of the <br />neighborhood, all City and state law requirements have been met and that, <br />based on these findings, the Local Licensing Authority approve issuance of a <br />
