No guidelines from the City about social distancing outside. <br />Main Street closing April 28 th - November 1st, can the LCC utilize the <br />space...Artirondack chairs, ideas of an LCC area to promote the work we <br />do, also beautifying the cement barricades. Beth, Kate and Tami will revisit <br />these ideas. <br />VI. Public Art Update: <br />I. Public Art Committee Update: (Mark) Question regarding 42 underpass <br />kestrel mural, has the county approved the application? Katie will follow <br />up. <br />II. McCaslin and South Street underpass projects: Kim, the Naturalists, <br />Steve, has been working with Rita and Rob, they want to do an unveiling <br />of the project. Katieā€ž they have proposed July 10th for an unveiling, also <br />lines up with other events open space is planning. Does the LCC want to <br />help promote the event, Kim will forward information on how the LCC can <br />help. <br />VII. Spring Programming update: <br />I. Summer Concerts - After much discussion, the LCC decided to book 4 <br />weeks of bands, with the idea of food trucks as well. Katie, First concert <br />on the 9th, the 15 will be open for review, then 3 weeks after. <br />II. Spring Programming subcommittee update: Leah, looking at booking <br />some shows at Steinbaugh and the Art Center now that capacity is at 50. <br />LCC agreed to to offer more free events or a small ticketed event. Lisa, <br />Capacity is 50 including performers and helpers. Leah, motions to allow <br />the spring programming subcommittee to decide on tickets price and <br />location for each show.
