Chapter 17.08 of the Louisville Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as <br />follows (words added are underlined: words deleted are soieken-fhrengh): <br />Sec. 17.08.045. • Building height. <br />Building height means the vertical distance measured from natural grade or the <br />grade of an approved over -lot aradina plan to the highest point on the roof surface. <br />Sec.17.08.205. — Grade. natural (9reand-level). <br />Natural 6arade (9raen4-Ieve05 means <br />the <br />elevation of a lot undisturbed by develooment or. if the lot has already been developed <br />redevelopment including the addition of fill berms. retaining walls and landscaping <br />$ectlon 2. Chapter 17.16 of the Louisville Municipal Code is hereby amended by the <br />addition of new Section 17.08.322 to read as follows (words added are gnderlined; words deleted <br />are striekenihreagh): <br />Sec. 17.16.090.• uildina heioht calculations <br />A. The repeal or modification of any provision of the Municipal Code of the City <br />of Louisville by this ordinance shall not release, extinguish, alter, modify, or change in whole or <br />In part any penalty, forfeiture, or liability, either civil or criminal, which shall have been Incurred <br />under such provision, and each provision shall be treated and held as still remaining In tome for <br />the purpose of sustaining any and all proper actions, suits, proceedings, and prosecutions for <br />the enforcement of the penalty, forfeiture, or liability, as well as for the purpose of sustaining any <br />judgment, decree, or order which can or may be rendered, entered, or made in such actions, suits, <br />proceedings, or prosecutions. <br />Section 5.
