Approval of Resolution No. 37, Series 2021— A Resolution Amending the <br />City of Louisville Purchasing Policies <br />COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS NOT ON THE <br />AGENDA <br />CITY MANAGER'S REPORT <br />REGULAR BUSINESS <br />No report. <br />UPDATE FROM CONGRESSMAN JOE NEGUSE REGARDING AMERICAN <br />RECOVERY PLAN ACT AND INFRASTRUCTURE FUNDING <br />Congressman Neguse gave a brief overview of the recent American Recovery Plan Act. <br />He noted the plan includes investment in state and local stabilization funds. Louisville is <br />expected to receive approximately $4M. Additionally, the bill funds items such as food <br />security and investments in small businesses. The administration is now working on <br />infrastructure funding and funding for families. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1808, SERIES 2021 — AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE REPEALING <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1805, SERIES 2021 CONCERNING LOCAL FACE COVERING <br />REQUIREMENTS — 1ST AND FINAL READING — PUBLIC HEARING — Adoption as an <br />Emergency Ordinance <br />Mayor Stolzmann introduced the item and asked for disclosures; seeing none she opened <br />the public hearing. <br />
