City Council <br />Meeting Minutes <br />May 18, 2021 <br />Page 8 of 9 <br />MOTION: Mayor Stolzmann moved to approve the ordinance with the proposed <br />amendment in section 17.16.090; seconded by Councilmember Leh. <br />Mayor Stolzmann closed the public hearing. <br />VOTE: Motion passed by unanimous roll call vote. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1809, SERIES 2021 — AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 17 OF <br />THE LOUISVILLE MUNICIPAL CODE TO ADD A NEW CHAPTER 17.76 REGARDING <br />INCLUSIONARY ZONING — 1ST READING — SET PUBLIC HEARING 6/15/21 <br />Mayor Stolzmann introduced the item by title. Mayor Stolzmann moved to approve the <br />ordinance on first reading and set the public hearing; seconded by Councilmember <br />Brown. <br />Councilmember Brown asked for additional information on second reading related to what <br />percentage other cities have used for this type of ordinance. <br />Vote: Motion passed by unanimous voice vote. <br />CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT <br />No report. <br />COUNCIL COMMENTS, COMMITTEE REPORTS, AND IDENTIFICATION OF FUTURE <br />AGENDA ITEMS <br />ECONOMIC VITALITY COMMITTEE — meeting for 5/21 has been rescheduled to 5/27 <br />FINANCE COMMITTEE — met yesterday, reviewed sales tax information and the <br />numbers are coming in as predicted for the year. <br />UTILITY COMMITTEE — no report <br />COLORADO COMMUNITIES FOR CLIMATE ACTION — no report <br />COMMUTING SOLUTIONS — no report <br />CONSORTIUM OF CITIES — no report <br />DOWNTOWN BUSINESS ASSOCIATION STREET FAIRE — meeting regularly and <br />planning a smaller event for this year that will promote the reactivation of downtown. Will <br />be asking for an amendment to the licensing agreement to reprogram some of the <br />funding. Council will see that in June. <br />
