We need more analysis to move <br />forward but these are good projects to spend our funding on. <br />Mayor Pro Tem Maloney agreed with Tofte that there is likely to be funding available <br />before the URA sunsets unless some large projects come forward. <br />Adler stated she would like more information about whether these underpasses will <br />alleviate blight. <br />Mayor Stolzmann stated the best case scenario this evening is to see if we are all <br />interested in this project and then we can discuss ways to move forward. <br />The consensus on the LRC is they do want to contribute but they need to determine what <br />they can afford and what makes the most sense for them financially.
