City of Louisville <br />Planning Commission <br />Meeting Minutes October 25, 1994 <br />The City of Louisville Planning Commission met in the City Council Chambers, 749 Main Street, <br />Louisville, Colorado. Call to Order: Chairperson Boulet opened the meeting at 7:00 p.m. <br />IA. Chairperson Opening Remarks: At this time only three Commissioners were present so <br />Chairperson Boulet changed format to a work session rather than an actual public hearing. <br />Commissioner Puryear arrived shortly after 7:00 p.m. <br />IB. Roll Call: All Commissioners are now present, with the exception of Tom McAvinew, <br />Russ VanNostrand and Kathleen Neal. With four Commissioners present, there is a <br />quorum. Chairperson Boulet re -opened the public hearing. <br />II. Approval of August 23rd Minutes: Minutes approved as presented by voice vote of 3 to <br />1 (abstention). <br />III. Approval of Agenda: Agenda approved by unanimous voice vote. <br />IV. Staff presentation: Peter Kernkamp gave the staff presentation. In addition to the new <br />graphic, illustrating the additional provisions, there was a correction to figure 2, under the <br />75 X 125 foot lot area. On the previous information, there were some incorrect <br />calculations. Those have been corrected which has increased those sizes. For that sized lot, <br />the increase to total building area, at proposed F.A.R. of .35, is 486 square feet for a total <br />of 3,281 square feet. That was previously indicated at 2,813 square feet. The only other <br />change was with regard to accessory structure rear yard setback. The provision for the 10 <br />1 <br />
