Local Licensing Authority Minutes May 24, 2021 Page 3of3 Kaufman asked if there were any members who objected to the boundaries being set as the current boundaries of the City of Louisville. Seeing none Kaufman set the boundaries as the current boundaries of the City of Louisville. All in favor. Kaufman made a motion to make the entire application as contained in the Authority packet be made part of the record for this hearing; Lipton seconded. All in favor. The applicant was not in attendance. Machado moved the Local Licensing Authority of the City of Louisville find the applicant is of good moral character, the inhabitants of the neighborhood desire the license be granted, the license will meet the reasonable requirements of the neighborhood, all City and state law requirements have been met and that, based on these findings, the Local Licensing Authority approve the transfer of a Hotel and Restaurant liquor license to Western Golf Hospitality, LLC DBA The Grill at Coal Creek; Lipton seconded. All in favor. Vill. Police Department Reports None. IX. Secretary's Report Muth reported on the temporary modification of premises permits Issued since the last meeting include Moxie, Sushi Yoshi, Huckleberry, Zucca, LuLu's BBQ, Picas, Verde Muth asked if the members would be interested in combining their June and July meetings into one.
