Change of Controlling Beneficial Owner— SBUD LLC d/b/a <br />Starbuds — Retail Marijuana Store — 1156 West Dillon Road, Unit <br />3 <br />Kaufman called for any changes to the consent agenda. <br />Carlson noted Henry's has applied to renew their license although they have <br />not been open during the pandemic. Muth noted the renewal does not <br />require the Tavern currently be open. <br />Machado moved the consent agenda be approved; Lipton seconded. All in <br />favor. <br />VII. Authority Business <br />Change of Controlling Beneficial Owner— 5-Eyed Jack LLC to LBW <br />Consulting Group, LLC DBA Seed & Smith — Retail Marijuana License — <br />1413 Hecla Drive <br />Clerk Muth reported 5 Eyed Jack received this license a few years ago in the <br />lottery the City had and has since been going through the land use approval <br />process for a new building at this location. <br />The applicant, Seed & Smith, does own an existing store in Denver and has <br />submitted a complete application. Culley noted the State has approved the <br />change in ownership. <br />Lipton moved to approve the change in controlling beneficial ownership; <br />Machado seconded.
