LL <br />Rlluyio�'Viliv' <br />Memorandum <br />Parks & Recreation <br />To: Recreation Advisory Board <br />From: Kathy Martin, Recreation and Senior Services Superintendent <br />Date: 07/26/21 <br />Subject: Recreation Center Operating Hours <br />Purpose: <br />The purpose of this agenda item is to give an update on operating hours of the Recreation & <br />Senior Center beginning in September 2021. <br />Background: <br />The Recreation and Senior Center has gradually been adding hours after re -opening from the <br />COVID closure. Prior to COVID the operating hours were as follows: <br />Monday -Thursday 5:30am-9pm <br />Friday 5:30am-7pm <br />Saturday and Sunday 7am-6pm <br />Next Steps <br />Staff is proposing the following hours of operation beginning September 1", 2021: <br />Monday -Friday 5:30am-8pm <br />Saturday and Sunday 7a-5pm <br />These hours bring facility operations back to within 3 hours of pre-COVID operations. <br />Any input is welcome from the board. <br />4 <br />
