Cltyof Department of Planning and Building Safety <br />Louisville 749 Street # Louisville CO 80027 # 303.335.4592 # www.LouisvilleCO.gov <br />COLORADO • SINCE 1878 <br />Building Code Board of Appeals <br />Meeting Minutes <br />October 15, 2020 <br />Electronic Meeting <br />749 Main Street <br />6:30 PM <br />Call to Order: Berry called the meeting to order at 6:37 PM. <br />Roll Call was taken and the following members were present: <br />Board Members Present <br />Board Members Absent <br />Staff Members Present: <br />Matt Berry, Steve Knapp, Peter <br />Geise, Mason Gatto <br />None <br />Chad Root, Chief Building Official <br />Julie Burgener, Building Permit Tech <br />Nick Cotton Baez, Attorney for <br />BCBOA <br />Approval of Agenda: <br />Knapp moved and Gatto seconded a motion to approve the agenda as prepared by <br />staff. Voice vote. Motion passed 4-0. <br />Approval of Minutes: <br />Knapp moved and Gatto seconded a motion to approve the August 17t", 2020 <br />minutes as prepared by staff. Voice vote. Motion passed 4-0. <br />Public Comments on Items not on the Agenda: <br />None heard. <br />Regular Business: <br />Severy Creek Order of Revoked Contractor's License for Five Years. <br />Nick Cotton -Baez summarized the revocation that was issued to Severy Creek <br />Roofing. The item of finishing a project that he has started was discussed. Baez <br />stated that the city would not violate homeowner contracts with Severy prior to <br />revocation. Berry made a motion to adopt the written order and send it to Severy <br />Creek Roofing, Giese second the motion.
