John Honan - items relating to the Louisville car show event for <br />Labor Day in 2020, consisting of two display signs used in the car <br />show and four digital photos from the event. <br />3. Leo Deborski - copy of the Louisville High School newspaper, The <br />Lookout, dated May 9, 1949. <br />4. Jean Morgan - copies of items from her binder about the Miners <br />Field neighborhood, consisting of photocopies of information (for <br />the Museum's files) and digital scans of photos (for the Museum's <br />permanent collection). <br />E. Advice sought on donations of other artifacts being offered: <br />No advice sought <br />X. Chairperson's Report: No report <br />XI. Pioneer Award Program - Update on presentation to 2020 Pioneer <br />Award recipient, Keith Helart, Discussion/Selection of 2021 Pioneer <br />Award Recipient, and Process for bringing the Pioneer Award <br />Guidelines up to date: Postponed until next meeting <br />XII. Updates on recent Historic Preservation Commission meetings: The HPC <br />discussed creating and issuing a coloring book of Louisville landmarked <br />buildings and some proposed changes to downtown buildings. <br />XIII. Louisville History Foundation update: The Foundation is working to <br />create a possible pop-up park on the concrete pad on the campus. <br />XIV. Commission comments £t discussion items for next meeting (July 21): <br />The discussion of the Pioneer award is set for the next meeting, an <br />interpretive plan for the Trott -Downer Cabins should be ready for the next <br />meeting, and Bridget will work on setting up a tour of the Museum for the <br />newest Commission member, Andrew, and for all other interested <br />Commission members. <br />XV. Close meeting at adjourn: The LHC meeting adjourned at 7:29 pm.
