Board of Adjustment <br />Meeting Minutes <br />January 20, 2021 <br />Page 2 of 6 <br />Approval of 2021 Posting Locations <br />Zuccaro reminds the board that the agenda postings are located at the City Hall Lobby: <br />749 Main Street, Louisville Public Library Bulletin Board: 951 Spruce Street, Louisville <br />Recreation Center: 900 West Via Appia, Police/Municipal Court building: 992 Via Appia, <br />and the City of Louisville website: www.LouisvilleCO.gov. <br />Stuart moves and Cooper seconds a motion to approve the posting locations <br />mentioned above. Motion passes by a roll call. <br />2021 Meeting Dates <br />Zuccaro reminds the board what the 2021 meeting dates will be for this year. <br />Stuart moves and Cooper seconded a motion to approve the 2021 meeting dates as is. <br />Passed by voice vote. <br />2021 Open Government Pamphlet <br />Zuccaro informs the board that the new open government and ethics pamphlet is <br />attached in the packet for the board to review. <br />Public Comments on Items not on the Agenda: <br />None heard. <br />Regular Business: <br />• 1723 Madison Court (Case # VAR-0334-2020): Request for a variance from the <br />Residential Low Density (R-L) minimum rear setback of twenty-five feet to allow a <br />rear setback of twelve feet and ten inches for a covered deck. <br />Cooper reviews the procedures for the meeting; opens the public hearing; and states <br />there are six criteria, which must be met for the board to approve a variance request. <br />Cooper states that for the requested variance to be approved, four (4) votes will be <br />needed to be affirmative. <br />Zuccaro verifies the application to be heard this evening is complete, and was mailed to <br />the surrounding property owners on January 1, 2021, published in the Boulder Daily <br />Camera on January 3, 2021, and the property was posted on January 1, 2021. <br />Mihaly moves and Stuart seconds a motion that all requirements have been satisfied <br />and the application submitted by the applicant has been properly filed. Motion passes <br />by a roll call. <br />Cooper asks if anyone at the hearing has any objections to the hearing procedures she <br />described and asks if there were any other preliminary matters that needed to be taken <br />care of.
