RESOLUTION NO. 10 <br />SERIES 2021 <br />A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A REQUEST FOR A SEVENTH <br />AMENDMENT TO THE TAKODA GENERAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN TO ALLOW UP <br />TO 59 DWELLING UNITS AND 15,000 SF OF COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT AND <br />A SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE FOUNDRY SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT TO <br />REMOVE THE REQUIREMENT FOR OCCUPANCY BY PERSONS 55 YEARS OF <br />AGE AND OLDER <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville Planning Commission an <br />application for approval of a request for a Seventh Amendment to the Takoda General <br />Development Plan and a Second Amendment to The Foundry Subdivision Agreement; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the City Staff has reviewed the information submitted and found that <br />the application meets multiple city policies for diversity of housing and neighborhood <br />impacts, and provides positive fiscal impact; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has considered the application at a duly <br />noticed public hearing on June 24, 2021, continued to August 12, 2021, where evidence <br />and testimony were entered into the record, including the findings in the Louisville <br />Planning Commission Staff Reports dated June 24, 2021 and August 12, 2021. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Louisville, Colorado does hereby recommend approval of a request for a Seventh <br />Amendment to the Takoda General Development Plan to allow up to 59 dwelling units <br />and 15,000 sf of commercial development and a Second Amendment to The Foundry <br />Subdivision Agreement to remove the requirement for occupancy by persons 55 years <br />of age and older. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of August, 2021. <br />Attest: <br />Debra Williams, Secretary <br />Planning Commission <br />IN <br />Steve Brauneis, Chair <br />Planning Commission <br />22 <br />
