City of Louisville, CO <br />City Manager Executive Recruitment <br />Scope and Timeline <br />Below is the proposed scope and timeline for this executive recruitment. The scope of this project includes multiple <br />phases or milestones with specific deliverables as presented below. Once both parties have signed and agreed to the <br />terms of this project, the Lead Consultant will schedule a kickoff meeting to finalize the timeline. The dates below are for <br />discussion purposes only. If you find these dates acceptable, we can use the proposed timeline. Otherwise, we will <br />update the project timeline to accommodate your need. <br />- <br />Baker Tilly completes on -site interviews or virtual meetings to <br />Profile development, <br />develop candidate profile and recruitment brochure; <br />marketing, recruitment and - <br />Baker Tilly sends draft recruitment brochure to the City <br />outreach campaign <br />development and approval - <br />The City returns draft recruitment brochure (with edits) to <br />Baker Tilly <br />Nationwide Search Begins <br />- Baker Tilly launches nationwide recruitment, marketing <br />and outreach campaign; <br />- BT collects applications and acknowledges receipt and <br />updates applicants on timeline. <br />Application review begins; BT classifies applications, assigns <br />Due Diligence (DD) questionnaire, Candidate Questionnaire <br />(CQ) and one-way video interviews (HV). <br />- Candidates complete and returns DID, CQ, and HV. <br />First Review of <br />Applications, <br />- Client completes TTI Benchmark (optional) <br />Classification and <br />Assignments... Semifinal <br />- Baker Tilly prepares semifinal report and forwards with link to <br />Report <br />one-way videos to client for selection of finalists. <br />- Baker Tilly is available to support city officials, if requested, to <br />discuss selection of finalists. Survey option may be <br />available. <br />- Client provides names of four finalists to Baker Tilly. <br />- Baker Tilly notifies applicants on individual status and <br />schedules interviews. <br />Baker Tilly secure authorizations to conduct background, <br />Background Report, <br />criminal, credit, driving and related background report <br />Reference Report, Media <br />checks. BT completes academic verifications, media <br />and Online Presence <br />report, contacts at least four references. <br />Report, and Leadership <br />Assessment <br />- Four finalists complete TTI Assessment. <br />- BT works with client to develop interview process, <br />suggests interview questions, and candidate evaluation <br />matrix. <br />August 30, 2021 - <br />September 10, 2021 <br />September 13, 2021 <br />- October 8, 2021 <br />October 11, 2021 - <br />October 21, 2021 <br />October 25, 2021 - <br />November 5, 2021 <br />- City designated panels interview four finalists (virtual or in November 10, 2021 <br />Virtual or in -person person). Panels may include residents, stakeholders, and <br />interviews other groups. November 11, 2021 <br />- City council interview finalists... <br />- City identifies finalist and extends employment offer <br />Finalist Accepts Offer - The City extends employment offer to selected candidate November 19, 2021 <br />New City Manager Begins - Depending on current employment status, or contractual December 6, 2021 <br />requirements. 2 weeks min - 30 days <br />January 3, 2022 <br />19 <br />
