RESOLUTION NO. 58 <br />SERIES 2021 <br />A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL FOR A PLANNED UNIT <br />DEVELOPMENT TO ALLOW FOR A MURAL ON AN INDUSTRIALLY ZONED <br />PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1501 EMPIRE ROAD <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville Planning Commission an <br />application for a planned unit development to allow for a mural on an Industrially zoned <br />property located at 1501 Empire Road; and <br />WHEREAS, the Staff and the Louisville Planning Commission reviewed the <br />information submitted and found that the application complies with the Louisville zoning <br />regulations and other applicable sections of the Louisville Municipal Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the Louisville Planning Commission has held a properly noticed public <br />hearing on the proposed application and has recommended the request be forwarded to the <br />Louisville City Council with a recommendation of approval; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application at a duly noticed <br />public hearing on August 24, 2021, where evidence and testimony were entered into the <br />record, including the findings in the Louisville City Council staff report dated August 24, <br />2021. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br />Section 1.
