Helen Grunkemeyer sold 601 McKinley in 1977 after having owned it for 30 years. She <br />moved to Boulder and passed away in 1986. <br />Later Owners <br />Barry and Connie Dumont purchased 601 McKinley in 1977. They sold it to Ronald V. <br />Nelson in 1978. His wife Mairi-Angela Nelson was added as an owner in 1982. In 1984, <br />they sold 601 McKinley to Alan Rolf Mickelson. He married Ann Karin Sumstad in 1985. <br />In 1995, he conveyed ownership to her. She passed away in 2018.
