An <br />additional note, dated 1956, also appears on the card: <br />r r POOR <br />9PRCIAL LANC oTIIfis I <br />• <br />s) <br />cI Iuu s ov <br />The following photo from a public family tree for the Coet family at Ancestry.com shows Desire <br />Coet in 1957 with an unidentified woman who may be his wife, Sarah: <br />In 1971, Sarah Coet conveyed ownership of 614 Grant to son Robert Coet (1924-2010) and his <br />wife, Isabel (1924-1986). They lived in Northglenn. Robert Coet sold 614 Grant in 1996. <br />Later Owners — The following have owned 614 Grant since 1996: Peter Garthwaite & Marcia <br />Cotlar, John Maisonave, Nancy Emerson, Robert Emerson, and Amanda Fisher.
