v <br />FCONOMIC <br />VITALITY BUSINESS ASSISTANCE PROGRAM <br />VITALITY <br />• Assistance packages valued at under $25,000 may be approved administratively by the <br />City Manager <br />• Assistance packages valued at more than $25,000 must be considered for approval via a <br />public hearing of the City Council <br />• Amendments to existing Assistance Agreements follow the same process as above, <br />except that if they are valued at more than $25,000, the Agreement will be considered <br />by City Council on its consent agenda <br />Post -Approval Steps <br />• Business should notify staff when it secures the planned location in Louisville, as this <br />triggers tracking of approved incentives <br />• If business has not already, it should obtain a sales tax license from the City <br />• All businesses approved for assistance must still follow all requirements of the City's <br />permit and zoning processes <br />Contact <br />Austin Brown, Economic Vitality Specialist: abrown@louisvilleco.gov or 303-335-4529 <br />Megan E.
