Rob Zuccaro
From: m r rose <mrptravel6@gmail.com>
Sent: Tuesday, May 11, 2021 10:07 AM
To: Planning Commission
Subject: Red Tail Ridge Project
Thank you for serving Louisville and making difficult decisions for the benefit of our town. Thank you for
considering my opinions on the proposed Red Tail Ridge project.
Please do not allow an exemption to the current three story height limit. This limit was created for a very
important purpose and I believe you should abide by the limit. If higher buildings are accepted, then change the
ruling for all builders, not just this particular project. Do we really want four or five story buildings in
Louisville? Please imagine the long-term ramifications of that choice.
Please use your authority to require more open space for this project without any trade-offs. The footprint
remains approximately the same as the earlier proposal, thus limiting open space. Beyond that, please do not
allow private ownership of the open space. Open, public spaces are incredibly important to our community. If it
is private, what value is added to Louisville?
Louisville has a bright future, as long as planning is based on common sense, benefit for the majority of
citizens, and looking at the long term results.
Thank you for your time.
Martha Parks
11
