Rob Zuccaro
From: Alice Madden <alice.madden350@gmail.com>
Sent: Monday, May 10, 2021 9:24 PM
To: Planning Commission
Subject: Voicing support for Redtail Ridge
Greetings,
It is LONG past time for Louisville to move forward on develping the Storage Tech site.
The property is currently assessed as agriculture land and contributes only—$10,800 annually in property
taxes. Every delay is stopping the Boulder Valley School District, Boulder County, and the City of Louisville
from being the major beneficiaries of the roughly $26 million in property tax revenue from Redtail Ridge.
This infusion of revenue following the downturn will help our community get back on track.
The plan for more open space and additional trails will improve the surrounding area immensely.
Please move this project forward!
Thank you for your consideration.
Alice Madden
1001 Treece St,
Louisville, CO 80027
