Rob Zuccaro
From: Kevin Delaney <grayhorseelectric@gmail.com>
Sent: Tuesday, May 11, 2021 10:15 AM
To: Planning Commission
Subject: Redtail Ridge
Dear Planning Commission,
I am writing to you today out of concern, concern for the very future of our town.
I understand that the Redtail Ridge development is back on the docket in a supposed "scaled down" version of
the original plan. I ask that you carefully consider this version and once again request more concessions from
the developer.
Ask yourself if you'd like to be remembered for assisting with the development of the last, considerable,
undeveloped piece of real estate in Louisville, or rather as someone who stood up to this developer and said,
"Not so fast."
Please say no to the short term mentality of additional tax revenue, and look at creating a lasting legacy for the
city. Instead of developing more concrete and asphalt, let's develop more wildlife habitat and open spaces for
the citizens of Louisville to enjoy.
Planning Department, please consider all of the costs associated with this project, and ask how it meshes with
your sustainability goals, and the future you envision for your children and your city.
Thank you for listening,
Kevin Delaney
