Ranges vary <br />for the number required, but should be tailored to each community's current and <br />anticipated demand, as well as meeting the overall intent to encourage and <br />facilitate EV use. <br />General Requirements. Finally, this section establishes general regulations <br />related to serving ADA accessible spaces, which spaces can be for private use <br />and which should be publicly available, location and maintenance standards, as <br />well as the ability of property owners to collect a service fee. <br />PUBLIC COMMENT: <br />To date, no public comments have been received by staff. <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends approval of Resolution 13, Series 2021, recommending approval of a <br />draft ordinance amending Louisville Municipal Code Title 17, Zoning, concerning electric <br />vehicle charging infrastructure. <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />1.
