Motion passed unanimously by voice vote. <br />:T61%1We] aJill►l111119*y <br />None. <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA <br />None. <br />NEW BUSINESS — PUBLIC HEARING ITEMS <br />Electronic Vehicle Charging Infrastructure Code Amendment: A request for <br />approval of a draft ordinance amending Title 17 of the Louisville Municipal Code <br />concerning new requirements for electric vehicle charging infrastructure (Resolution No. <br />13, Series 2021). <br />• Applicant: City of Louisville <br />• Case Planner: Lisa Ritchie, Interim Director of Planning and Building Safety <br />All required public notice was met. <br />Ritchie described the proposed changes to Title 15 and Title 17, which would apply to <br />all new development and would vary across zones, with redevelopment triggered only <br />for an addition of 25% or more new square footage or added parking to an existing <br />development.
