II: City,/ <br />Om Louisville <br />COLORADO • SINCE 1882 <br />Historic Preservation Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />December 21, 2020 <br />Virtual Meeting <br />6:30 PM <br />Chair Haley called the meeting to order at 6:30 pm. <br />Roll Call was taken and the following members were present: <br />Commission Members Present: <br />Chair Lynda Haley <br />Gary Dunlap <br />Hannah Parris <br />Andrea Klemme <br />Commission Members Absent: Keith Keller <br />Staff Members Present: <br />Lisa Ritchie, Senior Planner <br />Rob Zuccaro, Planning Director <br />Amelia Brackett Hogstad, Planning Clerk <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Dunlap made a motion to approve the December 21, 2020 agenda, seconded by Klemme. <br />Agenda approved by voice vote. <br />APPROVAL OF MEETING MINUTES <br />Parris made a motion to approve the December 7, 2020 minutes, seconded by Klemme. The <br />minutes were approved as written by voice vote. <br />None. <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON AGENDA <br />NEW BUSINESS — PUBLIC HEARING ITEMS <br />601 Lincoln Avenue: A request to purchase a conservation easement for the front facade and <br />the front 10 feet of the residence at 601 Lincoln Avenue and Updates to Incentive Resolution <br />(Resolutions 30 and 31, Series 2020). <br />• Applicant: Andy Johnson, DAJ Design <br />• Staff: Rob Zuccaro, Planning Director <br />Zuccaro summarized the two resolutions, the first of which was a request for a conservation <br />easement was for $30,000 (Resolution 30) that relied on Resolution 31 to create an incentive <br />program for conservation easements.
