II: City,/ <br />Om Louisville <br />COLORADO • SINCE 1882 <br />Historic Preservation Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />July 26, 2021 <br />Virtual Meeting <br />6:30 PM <br />Chair Haley called the meeting to order at 6:30 pm. <br />Roll Call was taken and the following members were present: <br />Commission Members Present: <br />Chair Lynda Haley <br />Gary Dunlap <br />Keith Keller <br />Christine Burg <br />Andrea Klemme <br />Commission Members Absent: None. <br />Staff Members Present: <br />Rob Zuccaro, Planning Director <br />Kim Bauer, Preservation Planner <br />Amelia Brackett Hogstad, Planning Clerk <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Klemme made a motion to approve the July 26, 2021 agenda. Seconded by Burg. The agenda <br />was approved unanimously by voice vote. Dunlap did not vote due to connectivity issues. <br />APPROVAL OF MEETING MINUTES <br />Klemme made a motion to approve the May 4, 2020 and the June 21, 2021 minutes. Seconded <br />by Burg. The minutes were approved unanimously as written by voice vote. Dunlap did not vote <br />due to connectivity issues. <br />None. <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON AGENDA <br />PROBABLE CAUSE DETERMINATIONS <br />929 La Farge Avenue <br />Bauer stated that the home met the age criteria and was located in the Jefferson Place <br />Subdivision, which met the criteria for a historic district.
