code, the authority's bylaws and rules of procedure, and section 44-3-601 12 '17 <br />604-, C.R.S. <br />Section 6. Section 5.08.130.A of the Louisville Municipal Code is hereby amended to <br />read as follows (words to be deleted are Gtricken through; words to be added are underlined): <br />Sec. 5.08.130. Powers of the authority. <br />A. The authority shall have all the powers possible of a local licensing <br />authority as set forth in C.R.S. §§ 44-3-101-46 101 et seq., 44-4-101 4-2-47 101 <br />et seq., and 44-5-101 12 48-1 et seq., as from time to time amended, and in this <br />Code. <br />Section 7. If any portion of this ordinance is held to be invalid for any reason, such <br />decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this ordinance. The City Council <br />hereby declares that it would have passed this ordinance and each part hereof irrespective of the fact <br />that any one part be declared invalid. <br />Section 8. The repeal or modification of any provision of the Municipal Code of the City <br />of Louisville by this ordinance shall not release, extinguish, alter, modify, or change in whole or in <br />part any penalty, forfeiture, or liability, either civil or criminal, which shall have been incurred under <br />such provision, and each provision shall be treated and held as still remaining in force for the purpose <br />of sustaining any and all proper actions, suits, proceedings, and prosecutions for the enforcement of <br />the penalty, forfeiture, or liability, as well as for the purpose of sustaining any judgment, decree, or <br />order which can or may be rendered, entered, or made in such actions, suits, proceedings, or <br />prosecutions. <br />Section 9.
