LIST OF 1999 ORDINANCES Ordinance No. 1292, Series 1999 - An Ordinance of the City of Louisville, Colorado, Declaring an Emergency; establishing a temporary moratorium on the processing of applications for approval of Preliminary PUD Development Plans, Final PUD Development Plans, and Special Review Uses for properties located within "Downtown Louisville," as defined herein; and creating certain exemptions fi'om the moratorium. Ordinance No. 1293~ Series 1999 - An Ordinance Approving and Adopting the Design Handbook for Do~vntown Louisville, which handbook includes General Standard and Guidelines for all Development Projects in Downtown Louisville; and amending various provision of Title 15 and Title 17 of the Louisville Municipal Code to incorporate the Design Handbook for Downtown Louisville into the City's Building, Zoning and Planned Unit Development Regulations.
