RESOLUTION NO.75 <br />SERIES 2021 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH NORAA <br />CONCRETE CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION FOR CONSTRUCTION <br />OF THE 2021 SOUTH BOULDER ROAD AND MAIN STREET RAMP <br />IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, there has been prepared an agreement (the "Agreement") for NORAA <br />Concrete Construction Corporation's construction of the 2021 South Boulder Road and Main Street <br />Ramp Improvement Project, City of Louisville Project No. 301311-660202 (the "Project"); and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council desires to approve the Agreement by this Resolution; and <br />WHEREAS, the City has been awarded a Small Multimodal and Economic Resiliency <br />Grant in the amount of $132,000 to assist in funding the Project's construction; and <br />WHEREAS, the City desires to authorize City staff to execute all documents and do all <br />other things necessary on behalf of the City to obtain and utilize the grant funding to reimburse <br />costs associated with the construction of the Project. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br />Section 1. The Agreement by and between the City of Louisville and NORAA <br />Concrete Construction Corporation (the "Agreement"), for construction of the 2021 South Boulder <br />Road and Main Street Ramp Improvement Project (the "Project"), a copy of which Agreement <br />accompanies this Resolution, is hereby approved. <br />Section 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute the Agreement, <br />and the Mayor is hereby further authorized to negotiate and approve such revisions to the <br />Agreement as the Mayor determines are necessary or desirable for the protection of the City, so long <br />as the essential terms and conditions of the Agreement are not altered. <br />Section 3.
