Industrial Development Design Standards and Guidelines, as adopted and amended from <br />time to time. <br /> <br /> Section 4. Subsection B of Section 17.28.080 of the Louisville Municipal Code is <br />hereby amended to read as follows (words deleted are <br /> ................ e,h, words added are <br />underlined): <br /> <br />Sec. 17.28.080 Open Space. <br /> <br /> B. In PUD-C ~2 PUD ! districts, lot coverage, including structures and hard <br />surface areas, shall <br />~.;a~;~o ~,,,~ oh~,; ........ * not exceed seventy percent (70%) of the total lot area~ <br />except as may be permitted in applicable development design standards and guidelines. In <br />PUD-I districts, lot coverage, including structures and hard surface areas, shall not exceed <br />seventy-five percent (75%) of the total lot area, except as may be permitted in applicable <br />development design standards and guidelines.. <br /> <br /> Section 5. Chapter 17.16 of the Louisville Municipal Code is hereby amended to <br />renumber as Section 17.26.280 the Section entitled "Design Handbook for Downtown Louisville to <br />Apply", and is further amended by the addition of a new Section 17.16.290, to read as follows <br />(words added are underlined): <br /> <br />Sec. 17.16.290 Industrial Development Design Standards and Guidelines to <br /> Apply. <br /> Any addition, remodeling, relocation, construction, or other improvement to an <br />industrial property or project within the city and requiring a building permit, sign permit, or <br />any other permit from the city shall comply with all requirements of City of Louisville <br />Industrial Development Design Standards and Guidelines, as adopted and amended from <br />time to time. <br /> <br /> Section 6. Any person who violates any provision of this Ordinance shall be punished <br />by a fine of not more than $1,000 or by imprisonment not to exceed one (1) year or both such fine <br />and imprisonment. Each day during any portion of which any violation of any provision of this <br />ordinance is committed, continued, or permitted by any such person shall be a separate offense. <br /> <br /> Section 7. If any portion of this ordinance is held to be invalid for any reason, such <br />decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this ordinance. The City Council <br />hereby declares that it would have passed this ordinance and each part hereof irrespective of the fact <br />that any one part be declared invalid. <br /> <br /> Section 8. The repeal or modification of any provision of the Municipal Code of the <br />City of Louisville by this ordinance shall not release, extinguish, alter, modify, or change in whole <br />or in part any penalty, forfeiture, or liability, either civil or criminal, which shall have been incurred <br /> <br /> <br />
