Industrial Development Design Standards and Guidelines, as adopted and amended from time to time. Section 4. Subsection B of Section 17.28.080 of the Louisville Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows (words deleted are ................ e,h, words added are underlined): Sec. 17.28.080 Open Space. B. In PUD-C ~2 PUD ! districts, lot coverage, including structures and hard surface areas, shall ~.;a~;~o ~,,,~ oh~,; ........ * not exceed seventy percent (70%) of the total lot area~ except as may be permitted in applicable development design standards and guidelines. In PUD-I districts, lot coverage, including structures and hard surface areas, shall not exceed seventy-five percent (75%) of the total lot area, except as may be permitted in applicable development design standards and guidelines.. Section 5. Chapter 17.16 of the Louisville Municipal Code is hereby amended to renumber as Section 17.26.280 the Section entitled "Design Handbook for Downtown Louisville to Apply", and is further amended by the addition of a new Section 17.16.290, to read as follows (words added are underlined): Sec. 17.16.290 Industrial Development Design Standards and Guidelines to Apply. Any addition, remodeling, relocation, construction, or other improvement to an industrial property or project within the city and requiring a building permit, sign permit, or any other permit from the city shall comply with all requirements of City of Louisville Industrial Development Design Standards and Guidelines, as adopted and amended from time to time. Section 6. Any person who violates any provision of this Ordinance shall be punished by a fine of not more than $1,000 or by imprisonment not to exceed one (1) year or both such fine and imprisonment. Each day during any portion of which any violation of any provision of this ordinance is committed, continued, or permitted by any such person shall be a separate offense. Section 7. If any portion of this ordinance is held to be invalid for any reason, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this ordinance. The City Council hereby declares that it would have passed this ordinance and each part hereof irrespective of the fact that any one part be declared invalid. Section 8. The repeal or modification of any provision of the Municipal Code of the City of Louisville by this ordinance shall not release, extinguish, alter, modify, or change in whole or in part any penalty, forfeiture, or liability, either civil or criminal, which shall have been incurred
